1. Introduction

The Etiquette mobile application ("App") is an invite-only professional network and CRM platform exclusively for real estate agents. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you use the App, how it is processed, and how it is protected. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this policy. If the policy is updated, the revised text will be accessible from within the App and on this page.

2. Data We Collect

Account Information: First name, last name, email address, profile photo, office name, and location. Authentication: When signing in with Google — name, email, and profile photo provided by your Google account. When using Apple Sign-In — data shared by Apple. Invite Code: The 8-character code used to register for the App. Activity Records: Posts you create (cold calls, seller/buyer meetings, portfolio listings, closed deals, etc.), along with notes, dates, and location data attached to them. Portfolio Information: Property photos you upload, location, price, and details. Buyer Profiles: Names, budget, location preferences, and tags for buyers you save. Messaging Content: Text and photos shared via in-app messaging. Device & Technical Data: Device type, OS version, app version, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token (for push notifications). Location Data: City/district/neighborhood information you add to posts or portfolios. Precise GPS location is not collected.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes: • To create your account and verify your identity • To provide App functionality (feed, CRM, portfolio management, messaging) • To run buyer-portfolio matching • To calculate and display performance scoreboards • To send push notifications (for categories you have enabled) • To detect and resolve technical errors • To maintain App security

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure (Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Authentication). Firebase operates under SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified security standards. Security measures in place: • All data transmission is protected by TLS/SSL encryption • Firebase Security Rules ensure users can only access their own data • Portfolio price information is never visible to other users • Invite-based registration provides verified onboarding We store your data only as long as necessary for its intended purpose. When you delete your account, your data is removed from all systems within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

The App makes use of the following third-party services:

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may only be shared in the following cases: • Within the App: Portfolios and posts you mark as public-facing may be visible to other Etiquette users. Price information is never shared. • Legal obligation: Data may be shared with authorities if required by a court order or applicable law. • Infrastructure providers: With technical infrastructure providers such as Firebase, solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable) you have the following rights: • Right of Access: You may request access to the personal data we hold about you. • Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. (You can edit most data directly in Profile Settings.) • Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. (App → Settings → Delete Account) • Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that certain data processing activities be restricted. • Right to Object: You may object to the processing of your personal data. 8. Children's Privacy

Etiquette is a platform for professional real estate agents only. The App is not directed at persons under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we identify a user we believe to be under 18, we will close their account.

9. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications for the following categories: • New portfolio / buyer in your area • Buyer-portfolio match • Follow requests • Comment and like notifications • New messages You can manage which notifications you receive in App → Settings → Notification Preferences. To disable all notifications, you can turn off Etiquette notifications in your device's system settings.

10. Policy Changes

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the date on this page will be revised. For significant changes, a notification may be sent from within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
